Acetal Homopolymer
Also known as Delrin or POM, this is our favorite choice for plastic gears. Acetal naturally has low friction, high wear-resistance, high strength, and high stiffness. Use this material for gears, lightweight bearing surfaces, fixture blocks, and more.
